我们时刻留意市场的变化和需要，不断完善已知材料和未来材料的发展方向，要求员工追求完美，对所有的工作做持续不断的改善，将一直使用的贝壳和合成松石的运用相结合、 中国传统的掐金丝、银线工艺不断提高，运用在吉他镶嵌工艺中来。在实现公司发展的同时，也使员工获得增值。由于镶嵌色彩配色单一，同时开发出染色木工艺为吉他外观装饰又添新的成员。
The factory's technological development is mainly manifested in the development of inlay materials and processing techniques.We always pay attention to the changes and needs of the market, constantly improve the development direction of the known and to-be-known materials, require employees to pursue perfection, make continuous improvements to all work, and combine the use of shells and synthetic turquoise that have been used. Adding Chinese traditional craftsmanship of pinching gold wire and silver thread has been continuously improved and used in guitar inlay design. While realizing the company's development, it also adds value to employees. To rich the limited color option of the inlay, the dyeing wood craft was developed to add new members to the guitar exterior decoration.

工厂目前拥有50多个名熟练生产员工和60多台精密数控CNC加工机械；其中设计师、数控编程师、机床控制员占50% 镶嵌装配占40%分布在4条吉他配件全制程流水生产线，以数控CNC为主，生产最高标准达到业界内0.01mm的生产精确度的来解决产品标准化、批量化。目前月产吉他配件30万件以上… 在与客户配套供货方面行业领先。
The factory currently has more than 50 skilled production employees and more than 60 precision CNC machining machines; designers, CNC programmers, and machine tool controllers account for 50%, and inlay assembly accounts for 40%, which are distributed in 4 production lines. By utilizing CNC, and the highest production precision can reaches 0.01mm production accuracy. At present, more than 300,000 pieces of guitar accessories are produced per month.
